Locke sees what must be a vision of Walt after Locke is shot and laying in the Dharma ditch with the Dharma skeletons. Walt tells him that he still has work to do and to get out of the ditch.
Walt's grandmother takes him to see Hurley at the mental institution. Walt tells Hurley that after the Oceanic 6 came back, not one of them came to see him except Jeremy Bentham. Walt says he doesn't understand why they are all lying. Hurley tells him that it's the only way to protect everyone who didn't come back, like Walt's dad.
Locke goes to see Walt, but doesn't ask him to return to the island. When Walt asks why he's there, Locke says it's just to check on him and make sure he's doing okay. Walt says he's fine, but he's had dreams that Locke is on an island in a suit and people want to hurt him.
