- When Jack asks Cindy what she's doing with "them", she says, "They're not, um, it's not that simple." They're not what? I think she was going to say they're not bad people. Cindy, like Tom, seems confused as to why Jack would think the Others are bad people. For some reason, both Cindy and Tom believe the Others are good.
- Alex struggles with Jack saving Ben, because she struggles with herself in regards to Ben. It seems she thinks he is a bad person and should die, yet she loves him and doesn't want him to die. The fact that Jack, who has only had a bad history with Ben would let him live is really tough for her to come to terms with.
- Ben seemed to know that Alex was there when Jack came in to look at his stitches. He looked up to see where she was. I think he sent Alex to bring Jack, since Juliet and then Isabel could not get him in to help Ben.
Observations from Stranger in a Strange Land
- Sawyer seems to be talking about he and Kate when he talks to Karl about Alex being worth dying over.
- Too bad for Jack that he has to stay in the same cage where Kate and Sawyer hooked up.
- Jack is treated a lot better in the cage than Sawyer and even Kate had been. He seems to get food and water on a more regular basis.
