- I think Ben heard Jack say that Juliet wanted him to kill Ben and he knows talking to Juliet is his only chance at survival and that's why he offers her a chance off the island.
- Something on the island damages woman's wombs and makes them unable to have children. To change this, they brought Juliet to the island, but so far her experiments have not worked.
- It's possible that Dr. Alpert's first name is Jacob, the man who made the list.
Observations Not in Portland
- The plane that flew over Miami in Juliet's flashback was an Oceanic plane.
- I didn't actually see it, because the bus went by so fast, but rumor has it that there was an Apollo Bar ad on the side of the bus. Apollo Bars were the candy bars that Kate found in the hatch.
- Ben asked for three minutes to talk to Juliet, which is the same amount of time they were going to allow Michael to talk to Walt (Ep: 2x22, Three Minutes).
- When speaking to others, Juliet calls Jack, Kate, and Sawyer by their last names, as if they are subjects on a (or not on a) list.
