Ben says, "Martin Christopher Keamy, former first sergeant United States Marine Corp. Served with distinction from 1996 to 2001, but since then, you've worked with a number of mercenary organizations, specifically in Yuganda. So I know exactly what kind of man you are, Mr. Keamy, and we can dispense with the formalities."

  • Episode 4x10, Something Nice Back Home

  • Episode 4x11, Cabin Fever
Frank flies Keamy and his men back to the freighter where the doctor tends to the injured man, who later dies.

Keamy accuses the captain of giving him up to Ben. The captain says it wasn't him and the two of them go to Michael's room, where Michael is chained to a pipe. Keamy asks if Michael gave him up to Ben and Michael admits it. Keamy tries to shoot him, but his gun doesn't work.

Keamy tells the captain to give him the captain's key. The captain refuses, saying it's against protocol, but Keamy takes it and opens a safe. He pulls out a small binder, saying it's a secondary protocol. He says it will tell him where Ben will go since they are going to torch the island.

Keamy tells Omar to watch Sayid and Desmond.

Omar straps some contraption to Keamy's arm.

When Frank refuses to fly Keamy to the island, Keamy slits the doctor's throat and throws him overboard. He tells Frank that he will kill someone every 30 seconds until Frank flies him. The captain shoots Keamy's gun and asks what is going on. Keamy shoots the captain twice and then asks Frank what it's going to be. Frank says he will fly them.

Keamy is left for dead, but shows up in the Orchid where he tells Ben that he has a detonator attached to a heart monitor and if he dies, the freighter will blow up. Ben stabs him and Locke tries to save him, but he dies.
