In a flash forward, Ji Yeon is born to Sun. No friends and family are at the hospital during the delivery, but Hurley comes to see her shortly after she arrives home. Hurley and Sun take her to see her father. Sun kneels in front of Jin's tombstone and tells him that he was right, it's a girl and she's beautiful. Ji Yeon talks to her mother on the phone and says she wants her to come home because she misses her. Sun says she met a friend for Ji Yeon in America and his name is Aaron.
