After Michael is brought to the Others' camp, Miss Klugh is sent for and asks Michael all kinds of questions. She wants to know if Walt is Michael's biological son and when he walked and talked and if he was ever in a place that he wasn't supposed to be. She asks Michael many questions that Michael doesn't know the answers to. At one point, she lets Michael talk to Walt, but threatens to put Walt "back into the room" if he continues to say things like "They're pretending." - Episode 2x23, Live Together, Die Alone
Miss Klugh is part of the group that brings Jack, Kate, Sawyer, and Hurley to the pier. She outs Mr. Friendly when he doesn't hear what Kate says and she says, "She knows your beard is fake, Tom." Mr. Friendly says, "Well, thanks for telling them my name, Bea." At non-Henry's signal, she removes the gag from Hurley and tells him he can go back to his camp. - Episode 3x11, Enter 77
Kate and Sayid find Miss Klugh in The Flame Station. She attacks Kate, but is stopped by Sayid. They take her outside and she and Mikhail have an argument in Russian. She demands that he shoot her, and after some hesitation, he does.
