  Baby Aaron is born to Claire with the help of Kate.
• Episode 1x21, The Greater Good
  Charlie insists on taking Aaron so that Claire can get some rest, but he can't calm Aaron down. He tries a song, Hurley tries another song, but Aaron is not quiet unless Sawyer is talking, so Sawyer ends up reading a magazine to him while Charlie holds him. Because Claire has not yet named him, Charlie calls the baby Turnip Head.

• Episode 1x24, Exodus Part 2
  Claire has a hard time caring for Aaron. Danielle Rousseau tricks Charlie into leaving her alone with Claire and the baby. Rousseau hits Claire on the head and steals the baby. When Claire asks Charlie to get him back, she calls the baby Aaron. Charlie is able to get baby Aaron from Rousseau and return him to Claire.
• Episode 2x6, Abandoned
  Claire wakes Aaron in the night because she hears Shannon scream and wants to see what is wrong. Aaron is fussy the next day, but calms down after Locke swaddles him.

  Claire wants Charlie to stay away from her and Aaron after she discovers that he's been carrying around heroin inside a Virgin Mary statue.

  Charlie has recurring dreams that Aaron is in danger. He keeps having to save him. When he wakes up from one of the dreams, he is holding Aaron by the water and Hurley wants to know what he's doing. Everyone is mad at Charlie for taking the baby. Claire has Eko baptize herself and Aaron.
• Episode 2x15, Maternity Leave
  Aaron is fussy and rashy and Claire is convinced that he is sick because of whatever happened to her when she was pregnant and taken by Ethan. Jack says Aaron's fever will break on its own and the rash is nothing to worry about, but Claire leaves Aaron with Sun while she goes to find medicine. In the end, Aaron gets better on his own.
• Episode 4x4, Eggtown
  Aaron lives with Claire and Kate at the Barracks. Kate is too nervous to even pick him up. In the flash forward Aaron is living with Kate and he calls her, "Mommy". It appears that everyone other than the Oceanic Six think Aaron is her biological child.

  Two men come to the door and then Kate packs a bag, telling Aaron they are going on vacation, and they leave the house.

  Sun tells Kate to do anything she can to protect Aaron.

• Episode 5x4, The Little Prince
  Aaron stays with Sun in her hotel room while Kate goes to meet Dan Norton. Sun leaves Aaron alone while she goes into the bedroom to open a package. Later, Sun brings Aaron to where Kate is at the marina.

  Sun leaves Aaron in the car while she goes to shoot Ben. Kate asks where he is and then goes and gets him and puts him in her car and drives off.
