• Episode 1x2, Pilot Part 2
  A group of survivors hike to high ground to try and get a signal with the plane's transceiver. They pick up the transmission of the French woman, which has been playing on a loop for sixteen years.
• Episode 1x9, Solitary
  The French woman captures Sayid and takes him back to her bunker, where she tortures him because she believes he is an "Other".

• Episode 1x18, Numbers
  Hurley finds Rousseau to get some answers about the numbers, but she has no answers. She only says that the numbers were transmitted from the island and she and her team went to investigate. She changed the transmission after her entire team died.
• Episode 1x23, Exodus Part 1
  She leads a group to the Black Rock so that they can get dynamite to blow open the hatch and hide from the Others that Danielle says are coming. After taking them to the Black Rock, she leaves and goes back to their camp, where she steals Claire's baby.
• Episode 1x24, Exodus Part 2
  She had taken the baby to trade with the Others for her own baby, who would now be about sixteen, but the Others weren't there.
• Episode 2x14, One of Them
  She captures a man whom she believes is an Other and gives him over to Sayid.

  Rousseau helps Kate and Claire find the building where Claire was held when she was abducted. Claire tells Rousseau that she remembers a teenage girl there, who was not like the others, she was good. Rousseau is upset to find that her daughter is not there, and the place is empty. Claire remembers that Rousseau had helped Claire to escape from the Others.
• Episode 3x10, Tricia Tanaka is Dead
  Kate looks for Rousseau in the jungle. Rousseau shoots, and Kate tells her it's okay, that she just wants to talk. Kate tells Rousseau that she wants her to help Kate find the Others' camp. She says that a girl helped her to escape and she thinks the girl is Rousseau's daughter.
• Episode 3x11, Enter 77
  Rousseau goes with Kate, Sayid, and Locke in search of the Others' camp. When they find a farm, Rousseau goes back to the river, saying she has survived on the island so long because she's avoided encounters such as this. After Kate, Sayid, and Locke return from checking out The Flame Station, Rousseau returns and suggests that they shoot Mikhail, since they have a map to what they think is where the Others live.

• Episode 3x12, Par Avion
  Rousseau continues her search for the Others' camp with Kate, Sayid, and Locke. She wants them to kill Mikhail, but Sayid won't.

• Episode 3x13, The Man From Tallahassee
  Rousseau is with Kate, Sayid, and Locke, but disappears. Later, she watches Alex from a distance.

• Episode 3x19, The Brig
  Rousseau goes to the Black Rock to get dynamite.

• Episode 3x21, Greatest Hits
  Jack calls for Rousseau and she comes out of the bushes. She demonstrates how they are going to use dynamite to blow up the Others when they come to the Losties' camp.

  Later, Danielle helps rig the wire to the tents. When they discover that they will not have enough time, Danielle volunteers to be one of the three shooters who will shoot the tents at the appropriate time. Jack says no, but he will take her gun.

• Episode 3x22, Through the Looking Glass
  Rousseau goes with Jack and the group to the radio tower. She tells Jack that she will take them to the tower, but she won't leave the island with them. She'd been there sixteen years and it is her home.

  On the way to the tower, they are intercepted by Ben and Alex. After Jack beats Ben, Rousseau approaches Alex. Ben tells Alex that Rousseau is her mother. Rousseau touches Alex's face.

  At the radio tower, Rousseau goes inside and turns off her message. Outside, they have Ben tied to a tree. When he keeps talking, Rousseau knocks him out.

• Episode 4x1, The Beginning of the End
  While Rousseau guards Ben, Ben asks her to take Alex away from there because everyone there is going to die. He calls Alex his daughter and Rousseau elbows him in the face.

  When they discover that Naomi has disappeared, Rousseau finds a trail and leads Jack to find her, but they realize that Naomi has doubled back to fool them.

  When the group splits up between Jack and Locke, Rousseau goes with Locke's group.

• Episode 4x2, Confirmed Dead
  Danielle tries to take Alex away when Locke decides to kill Ben.

• Episode 4x3, The Economist
  Rousseau works with Locke to get control of Kate, Miles, and Sayid. She takes Sayid, at gun point, to the "jail" where they are holding Ben and locks him inside.

• Episode 4x8, Meet Kevin Johnson
  Ben tells Alex that the people coming on the freighter are after him and they will use her to get to him. He tells her to go to the temple. Rousseau thinks it's a good idea and she and Alex and Karl head off. They are attacked in the jungle and Karl is killed. Rousseau tells Alex that on three they will run. She tells Alex that she loves her. When she stands to run, she is shot and killed.
