Once they return to their own camp, Michael runs away again in search of Walt. Jin wants to go after Michael, but Sun tells him not to. He doesn't like being told what to do and she says that she didn't like being told what to do for the past four years. He agrees that that wouldn't be fun and puts his arm around her.Episode 2x16, The Whole Truth
Jin finds Sun working alone in her garden. He is upset because she had previously been attacked when alone in her garden. He gets so upset that he rips her garden apart. Later, at the beach, Sawyer and Bernard talk in front of him, but he doesn't understand what they are saying.Jin works to repair Sun's garden and when she finds him, he apologizes to her for the mistakes he's made. Sun tells him that she is pregnant, but she has to tell him something. She tells him that previously, when they were checked by the fertility doctor, it was not Sun that couldn't have children, it was Jin. Jin is shocked and asks how there could be a baby. Sun swears she had never been with another man and Jin believes her. He is overjoyed and says it's a miracle.
