Episode 2x2, Adrift

Claire believes that Charlie is religious after finding a Virgin Mary statue in his things.

Episode 2x6, Abandoned

Claire is upset that everyone on the island knows how to take care of her baby better than she does.

Episode 2x10, The 23rd Psalm

Claire kicks Charlie out for lying to her about the heroin inside the statue.

Episode 2x12, Fire + Water

Claire is upset because Charlie keeps taking Aaron and he's acting crazy, but she finally decides to listen to him and she takes Aaron to Eko to be baptized.

Episode 2x15, Maternity Leave

When Aaron gets sick, Claire has recollections of medicine in a room that could make him better. She and Kate enlist Rousseau to help them find this room, but when they get there, the room, which is in another hatch, is empty. Claire remembers that Ethan examined her and that a teenage girl helped her to escape from an operating room where they were going to cut the baby out of her and leave her to die. Rousseau helped her to get back to camp. Claire is unable to get the medicine, but Aaron starts getting better on his own.

Episode 2x21, Three Minutes

Claire is annoyed when Charlie approaches her and Aaron. Charlie gives her a vaccine and tells her he got it for her and the baby. She is grateful.

Later, at the funeral for Ana-Lucia and Libby, Claire grabs Charlie's hand.

Episode 2x23, Live Together, Die Alone

Claire starts to give Aaron a shot, but Desmond says she's wasting her time.

Claire and Charlie reunite.
