Sayid is captured by Danielle Rousseau, the French woman on the distress call. She tells him about the Others, whom she has never seen, but has heard. Sayid escapes from Rousseau, but she finds him. Sayid gets Locke to show him the small plane. He interrogates Locke and Locke admits that he was the one to knock Sayid out when Sayid was trying to find the location of the distress signal.Sayid realizes that Shannon must be going after the guns and runs through the jungle to find her with a gun trained on Locke. He tackles her, saving Locke's life. He admits to Kate that maybe he did the wrong thing.
