Hurley sees Kate's mug shot and wants to know what she did, but Jack doesn't know.He won't go into the fuselage among the dead bodies to find more antibiotics for the dying Marshal.
He accidentally runs into Kate in the infirmary and is very bad at playing it cool when he knows that she was a prisoner for some reason. He notices the gun in her waistband.

Hurley is offended that Charlie thinks he's hoarding food.

Hurley is excited when he finds golf clubs and makes a golf course to lift the spirits of the survivors.
Episode 1x10, Raised by Another
Hurley creates a census of the survivors and realizes that one among them is not included on the flight manifest.
Episode 1x11, All the Best Cowboys Have Daddy Issues
Hurley announces that Ethan was not on the flight manifest.
Episode 1x13, Hearts and Minds
Hurley tries to learn to fish and begins a friendship with Jin.
Episode 1x18, Numbers
Hurley sees the numbers on Rousseau's map and takes off to find her in the jungle. When he finds her, she tells him that she heard the numbers from the tower on the island and that she too believes they are cursed. Hurley is overjoyed that someone finally believes him that the numbers are cursed.
Episode 1x23, Exodus Part 1
Hurley goes with a group to find dynamite at the Black Rock.
Ep 1x24, Exodus Part 2
Hurley blames himself for being bad luck when Arzt blows himself up.Hurley sees the numbers on the side of the hatch and tells Locke not to light the fuse. But Locke lights it anyway and Hurley tries to stomp the fuse out. Jack tackles him to get him out of the way, just before the dynamite explodes.
