It's a Boy!
Claire pushes and gives birth to a boy. Kate hands the baby to Claire. "Your baby boy.""I have a son. I have a son," Claire says.
Charlie and Jin hug and celebrate.
In the caves, Jack lays Boone down. "Tell Shannon, tell Shannon." Boone dies.
Baby Here, Boone Gone
The next morning a crowd gathers to see the new baby. Hurley points out Shannon and Sayid walking up the beach and Jack goes to tell her about Boone. She breaks down.Later, Kate finds Jack packing. "It's a beautiful, healthy baby," he tells her.
She asks if he wants to talk about it and he says, "What?"
"Boone died, Jack."
"He didn't die. He was murdered."
"Where are you going?" Kate asks.
"To find John Locke."
