Sun gets the watch. She kicks Jin's shoes under the bed before Keamy comes in. She hands Keamy the watch. "Is this for me?"
"Ah, this is really nice. Your body guard is supposed to give me some money. Where is Mr. Kwon?"
"No English."
There is a knock at the door and Keamy tells Sun to sit down. He opens the door and Omar walks in. Omar says, "I checked his room, he's not there."
Keamy notices the two champagne glasses and says, "Check the bathroom."
Omar opens the bathroom door and Jin is standing there. Omar says, "Come on, let's go."
Keamy puts on the watch. "Mr. Kwon, why don't you come and join us?"
Jin walks out. Keamy bends down in front of Sun and Jin, and loudly says, "Thank you for the watch, but you are also supposed to give me an envelope with money in it. $25,000.
Jin turns to Sun and in Korean says, "What can we do?"
She says, "We'll give them some of our money."
"You want us to pay him?"
"Stop it," Keamy says. He turns to Omar and says, "I feel like I'm in a damn Godzilla movie. What's that guy's name? The um, the Russian guy that speaks like nine different languages, Danny's friend."
"Mikhail."
"Mikhail. Does he speak Korean?"
"I think so."
"Go get him."
Omar walks out and Keamy tells Sun and Jin to put their clothes on.
Later, Sun and Jin sit side by side on the couch. Keamy sits in the chair across from them, Mikhail sits in the chair next to them, and Omar stands behind them.
In Korean, Sun says, "The money was confiscated at customs. But I have money." She looks at Mikhail.
Mikhail tells Keamy, "She says the money her father gave her was taken at customs."
Keamy says, "It's not my problem."
Sun says, "Let us go to the bank and I'll give it to you."
Mikhail says, "She wants you to let them please go to the bank. They will get it for you."
Keamy thinks a moment and then sits forward in his chair. "You take her to the bank, I'll take Casanova, here, to the restaurant and then we'll meet there."
Mikhail says in Korean, "He'll take Jin to the restaurant."
Jin stands and says, "Please, you must promise not to tell Mr. Paik about us. Please."
Keamy stands. "What's he whining about?"
"He wants you to promise that you won't tell her father that they are involved."
"Don't worry about that. Your secret is safe with me. Just bring me the money and we'll all live happily ever after, alright?"
Mikhail takes Sun.
Aphasia
At the beach camp, Jack checks Sun's head.
Ilana looks suspiciously at Ben. "What?" Ben says. "For the fourth time, I was gathering mangoes and she was already unconscious when I found her. Why won't you believe me?"
"Because you're speaking," Ilana says.
Jack tells Sun, "You've got a pretty decent-sized bump. Might be a slight concussion. You can understand what I'm saying, but you can only speak Korean?"
"That's right," Sun says in Korean.
Miles says, "She hits her head and forgets English? Are we supposed to buy that?"
"Asks the man who communes with the dead," Frank says.
"Might be Aphasia," Jack says. "It's a condition that's caused by trauma and affects the language center in your brain. It should be temporary. You're going to be okay."
Ilana smiles and Miles asks what she's smiling about. They all turn to see Richard walking into camp, followed by Hurley.
Richard says, "Pack your bags, we're leaving."
War
Man in Locke pulls the outrigger onto the shore of Hydra Island. Sayid is not with him. He sees pylons set up on the beach. He looks around and walks toward the pylons. He startles as several gunshots sound. Men run out of the jungle. Seamus yells, "Don't move. Let me see your hands."
Man in Locke puts his hands up. "Easy, friend. I come in peace." He smiles.
Man in Locke walks along the perimeter of the pylons and Charles Widmore comes out of the jungle. "Do you know who I am?"
"Charles Widmore. Do you know who I am?"
"Obviously you're not John Locke. Everything else I know is a combination of myths, ghost stories, and jungle noises in the night."
"I think you know more than that, judging by these pylons."
"Why did you come here?"
"You took one of my people, Jin Kwon."
"I have no idea what you're talking about."
"A wise man once said that war was coming to this island. I think it just got here."
Mad Sun
Richard grabs a backpack. "Where are we going, Richard?" Jack asks.
"Where's Locke?" Richard asks Ben.
"What?" Ben says.
"You said he came to recruit you, where did he say he'd be?"
"Hydra Island," Ben says.
Richard points to Frank, "Which is exactly where you landed the plane that you flew back here, right?"
"That's right," Frank says.
"That man wants to leave the island and that plane is the only way he can do it. You want to know where we're going? We're going to stop him."
Miles looks at Hurley. "This is your fault, isn't it?"
"Sort of," Hurley says.
Ilana says, "How are you going to stop him from getting on the plane?"
"We have to destroy it."
"What?" Sun says in Korean.
Richard looks at her, confused. She continues in Korean. "You want to destroy the plane? How are we supposed to get off the island?"
"Why isn't she speaking English?" Richard says.
"She was hit on the head when she was running away from Locke," Jack says.
Richard says, "He came back here? What did he want?" He walks over to Sun. "What did he say to you? Do you understand me?"
"Yes," she says in Korean. "I understand you, you idiot, but if you think I'm going to help you destroy our only way off this island, you're insane!" Her voice gets louder and louder. "I came here to find my husband, so I could bring him home, not so I could save the damn world!" She points to Ilana. "She says I'm important. If that's true, you need me! So understand this, I'm not going anywhere!" She walks away.
Hurley says, "I don't think she wants to come."
