Episode 5x1, Because You Left
After the flash of light, Juliet and Sawyer notice that the freighter is gone. Bernard says that the camp is gone.Daniel wants to go to a landmark, so they head through the jungle to the hatch. On the way, Juliet asks why he jumped out of the helicopter and he says he wanted to make sure that she, and then he backtracks and says that they made it to the boat.
Daniel says they need to hurry and Sawyer asks what is going on. Daniel says it is too difficult to explain and Sawyer slaps him. Daniel says that because of what Ben did in the Orchid station, now either they or the island is skipping through time.
After another flash, they find the imploded hatch. Juliet and Sawyer want to head back to the beach and warn the helicopter people not to go, but Daniel says they can't change things.
After a flash, the hatch is back together under the ground. Sawyer goes to the door and beats on it, but Daniel says that he can't change things and he can't see Desmond because they haven't met yet. Juliet convinces Sawyer and everyone else to go back to the beach.
Episode 5x2, The Lie
Sawyer finds Neil's extra shirt and puts it on, then asks Juliet if the Zodiac is in one piece. She says it is. Daniel walks onto the beach and Sawyer asks where he's been. Daniel claims he was lost. Sawyer asks when the sky is going to light up again and Daniel says he doesn't know.Flaming arrows attack the survivors and Sawyer tells everyone to get to the creek. Juliet stops to help someone and he pulls her away, saying there is nothing she can do.
Sawyer and Juliet walk to the creek and see some people. Juliet doesn't know who they are and they capture her. They say they are going to cut off her hands. They want to know what Sawyer and Julet are doing on their island.
They start to cut Juliet's hand off, but Locke comes and saves Juliet and Sawyer.
Episode 5x3, Jughead
Juliet, Sawyer, and Locke have Others, Jones and Cunningham captured. When they begin talking in Latin, Juliet speaks to them in Latin. She tells them to take her to their camp. She asks if Richard Alpert is there. Cunningham begins to tell her where the camp is, but Jones breaks his neck and then runs off.Locke tracks Jones to their camp. Sawyer says they need to free Daniel, but Locke says he's going to talk to Richard. Sawyer and Juliet free Daniel and then there is a flash and the camp disappears.
Episode 5x4, The Little Prince
Locke wants to go back to The Orchid and Sawyer finally agrees. Once Charlotte can walk, they head back to the beach to get the Zodiac so that they can travel in it to The Orchid Station.As they walk through the jungle at night, they hear screaming and Sawyer tells them to stay put and takes the rifle and investigates. He sees Kate deliver Claire's baby.
Locke asks him what he saw, but Sawyer doesn't tell him and asks about the light. He asks Locke why he didn't want to go tell himself what to do to avoid all that pain and Locke says he needed that pain to get to where he is today.
When they get back to the beach they see that their camp is there, but it's deserted. There are two canoes on the shore and the Zodiac is gone, so they take one of the canoes. Sawyer tells Juliet that he saw Kate in the jungle, but their conversation is cut short when they are shot at by people in the other canoe. The flash of light comes and suddenly they are in the rain at night and they paddle to shore. They find wreckage that looks recent with words written in French.
Episode 5x5, This Place is Death
Sawyer is overjoyed that Jin is alive.Sawyer's nose begins to bleed and he wants to leave Charlotte behind so that they can get to The Orchid and hopefully Locke can stop the island flashes. Daniel stays with Charlotte and the rest continue on.
At The Orchid, Locke climbs down a well and Sawyer gets worried when there is another flash and tells Locke to hold on while Sawyer grips the rope. After the flash, the well is gone and Sawyer is gripping a rope that goes straight into the ground. He starts to dig, but Juliet says they can't help Locke.
