Episode 4x1, The Beginning of the End
Desmond returns to the beach and tells them that the freighter people aren't who they say they are and he wants to warn Jack. Sayid believes the freighter is monitoring their communications and doesn't want to tip them off by calling Jack.They travel through the jungle until they meet up with Jack's group.
Episode 4x2, Confirmed Dead
Sayid and Juliet go to find Jack after he didn't show up at the beach. They get control of Daniel and Miles and together they all find the pilot and the helicopter. Sayid checks out the helicopter and says that there is minor damage, but it will fly.Episode 4x3, The Economist
Sayid takes a bracelet that he finds on Naomi's wrist. He wants to get off the island and makes a deal with Frank that if he brings Charlotte back safely, Frank will give him a seat on the helicopter.Sayid goes to the Barracks, but is captured by Locke. They lock him in the game room with Ben. Later, Locke comes in and Sayid persuades Locke to let him have Charlotte. Sayid returns to the helicopter with Charlotte, but without Kate or Miles.
Sayid takes Naomi's body and leaves on the helicopter with Desmond and Frank.
Episode 4x5, The Constant
Sayid tries to calm Desmond when Desmond unbuckles in the helicopter. After they land, he talks Frank into letting him call the island and then gets the phone to Desmond so that Daniel can talk to him.Sayid, Desmond, and George Minkowski break out of sick bay and make it to the radio room, where Sayid fixes the phone and Desmond is able to talk to Penny.
Episode 4x7, Ji Yeon
Sayid and Desmond are held in a room on the freighter, where they receive a note that says not to trust the captain. Ray comes in and takes them to see the captain, but while they are on deck, Sayid notices the helicopter is gone and asks where it went. Ray only tells him that Frank went on an errand.Desmond starts yelling when a woman covered in chains jumps over the side of the boat. Sayid and Desmond yell for the men to do something, but the captain comes out and orders them back to their posts. Captain Gault tells Sayid and Desmond that he doesn't want to lose any more of his crew by sending them in after Regina.
Sayid recognizes that the box the captain shows them is a black box. Captain Gault says his boss, Charles Widmore, spent a lot of money to get it and that the wreckage was faked by Benjamin Linus.
Episode 4x8, Meet Kevin Johnson
Sayid confronts Michael and finds out he's working for Ben. Sayid takes Michael to the captain and rats him out, telling the captain that Michael was on Flight 815 and on the island until he betrayed them, and that he was the one who sabotaged the radio and engines.Episode 4x11, Cabin Fever
Sayid convinces the captain to let him use the Zodiac raft when Keamy is away so that Sayid can retrieve people from the island and bring them to the freighter. Desmond doesn't want to come with him, so Sayid goes alone.Episode 4x12, There's No Place Like Home Part 1
Sayid reaches the shore in the Zodiac raft and says they need to leave right away. Juliet tells him that Kate and Jack went into the jungle after the helicopter. Sayid agrees to let Daniel ferry people to the freighter while Sayid looks for Jack and Kate. Kate comes out and says that Jack and Sawyer went looking for the helicopter and Sayid will only find them if she helps.Kate and Sayid look for Jack and Sawyer, and Richard Alpert and his people find them.
Episode 4x13, There's No Place Like Home Part 2
Sayid and Kate help Richard free Ben from Keamy's men and then are allowed to leave on the helicopter. As they are flying, Sayid spots a fuel leak from a bullet hole. They barely make it to the freighter and then have to quickly take off because of a bomb.After taking off, the freighter blows up.
They see a bright light, and then the island disappears. They run out of fuel and crash in the water. They all make it to a life raft and are rescued by Penny's boat. Jack tells them they have to lie about where they've been.
