Meet Kevin Johnson Flashback Information

Flashback Character: Michael
Flashback Highlights: Living in a rundown apartment in Manhattan, Michael writes a note to Walt, pins it to his shirt, then gets in his car and tries to kill himself by running into a dumpster.

In the hospital, a nurse brings him blankets and he sees that she's Libby. Michael wakes up from his dream and won't tell the nurse why he shouted or what his name is.

Michael goes to his mother's house, but she won't allow him to see Walt. She says that Walt wants nothing to do with him. She wants to know where he was for over two months after she was told that he and Walt had died in the crash of Flight 815. She wants to know why she can't call them by their real names or tell anyone that they are alive. Michael won't tell her and just asks that she tell Walt he loves him.

As he leaves, Michael sees Walt look at him through the upstairs window.

Michael goes to a pawn shop and pawns the watch Jin had given him for a gun and bullets. He goes to an alleyway and is about to shoot himself in the head when a man asks if he has the time. The man steps out of the shadows and Michael sees that it's Tom.

Tom says that the island won't let Michael kill himself and that he still has work to do. Tom tells Michael where to find him.

Michael goes back to his apartment and tries to shoot himself, but the gun doesn't work. A news brief comes on the television saying that the wreckage of Flight 815 had been found.

Michael finds Tom and Tom says that Charles Widmore staged the plane wreckage because he doesn't want anyone but himself to find the island and he has a freighter heading directly for the island. Tom says that going undercover as Kevin Johnson, Michael must go on the freighter as a deck hand and kill everyone onboard.

On the freighter, Michael gets cold feet when he starts to meet people, but when he sees Keamy shooting clay pigeons off the freighter and confronts him, Keamy is rude to him and Michael goes and gets the bomb and takes it to the engine room.

Michael sees Libby, who tells him not to do it, but he does it anyway. Instead of a bomb going off, a flag pops up that says NOT YET.

Michael gets a call from Ben. Ben tells him to compile a list of everyone onboard and Michael will call back to get the list from him.

Meet Kevin Johnson Island Highlights

Everyone gathers in Ben's house and Locke brings Miles in. Locke says he won't keep any more secrets from them and Miles says that the freighter people are there for Ben. Sawyer says they should just hand Ben over, but Ben says that once they have Ben, their orders are to kill everyone on the island.

On the freighter, Sayid and Desmond wake to alarms and go on deck to see Captain Gault beating someone. He says no one is allowed to leave the freighter without his say so.

Sayid finds out where Michael is and he and Desmond go to the engine room to confront him. Sayid tells Michael to tell him everything.

When Sayid finds out that Michael is working for Ben, he takes Michael to the captain and tells him that Michael is a traitor and is the one who sabotaged the radio and engines.
