Well, it doesn't look like we'll get more from Jacob until next week. In this episode, we'll see Jack go down with appendicitis. It looks like he pushes Juliet away and asks for Kate.In flash forwards we'll see more of Jack's downward spiral and how it involves Kate.
We'll see the freighties that we've grown accustomed to seeing, as well as Rose and Bernard.
