Complete Episode Guide: Episode 2x19, S.O.S.
Flashback Character: Rose

Synopsis: Rose is opposed to Bernard's plan to create an S.O.S. signal. Romantic sparks are rekindled between Jack and Kate when they trek into the jungle to propose a trade with "The Others". Locke questions his faith in the island.

What to look for: It is possible that there is a connection from Ana-Lucia to Rose and Bernard.

Bonnie's thoughts: With the secrets and past lives that the survivors have, some would like to stay on the island forever. Walt and Locke have both said that they would like to remain on the island (Ep: 1x17, In Translation) and now it looks like Rose will be added to that list as well. What is her previous life like and why doesn't she want to go back to it?

It will be interesting to see what happens between Jack and Kate. I don't think Kate will ever make up her mind whether to be with Jack or Sawyer.

Maybe we'll get more insight into the Others when Jack tries to trade Henry for Walt. I wonder if it will work. I'm thinking no. I wonder what ever happened to Michael. Maybe we'll find out during this episode, but I doubt it.

This won't be the first time Locke has questioned his faith in the island. He had a hard time when he was trying to get into the hatch and when Boone died (Ep: 1x19, Deus Ex Machina).
