Charlie gives Claire vaccine that he had found on the pallet. Later, Charlie is frustrated when he tries to build the church on his own. Vincent brings him a Virgin Mary statue and then leads him to the stash in Sawyer's shelter. Charlie takes all the statues and throws them into the ocean.
Sawyer and Jack retrieve the guns and Sawyer admits that he "screwed Ana-Lucia" and he's telling Jack because Jack is the closest thing he has to a friend.
Sayid tells Jack that he thinks Michael has been compromised because his actions are not those of a man telling the truth. He suggests that they let Michael think he has control and figure out what to do before they leave the next morning.
Locke cuts his splint off and goes into the jungle with his pack.
The Losties hold a funeral for Ana-Lucia and Libby. During the funeral, Claire grabs Charlie's hand. Sun sees a sailboat approach.
