Jin is upset to find Sun alone in her garden and rips it apart.
Sun asks Sawyer for a pregnancy test and takes it to find out she is pregnant. Sun finds Jin repairing her garden and she tells him that she is pregnant. She shares that the doctor had previously told her that Jin couldn't produce children. She swears she'd never been with anyone else and Jin says that this baby is a miracle.
