Rousseau leads Sayid to a man that she has captured and after Jack doctors the man's wounded shoulder, Sayid locks himself inside the armory and tortures the man, but doesn't believe he gets the truth. The man claims his name is Henry Gale and that he and his wife crashed on the island in their hot air balloon.
Jack tries to get into the armory, but Locke changed the combination, and won't give it to Jack. Jack holds Locke up against the wall, and Locke agrees to open the door as the timer alarm goes off. Locke doesn't get the timer reset quite on time and it spins around, changing to red and black hieroglyphics, but before the last two numbers stop, Locke hits the execute button and the timer goes back to 108.00.
