Jack gets caught in a cave-in. Charlie crawls in with him and helps him with his dislocated shoulder. Charlie leads them out and Kate makes a sling for Jack.
Charlie struggles with withdrawal and asks Locke for his stash. Locke says if he asks one more time he'll give it to him. Later, Charlie asks for his stash and throws it in the fire.
Sayid sets up antennae to try to get a signal, but before he finishes, he is knocked out by someone from behind.
