System Failure Computer Printout

Locke had Desmond fake a lockdown in the Swan Hatch to keep Eko out so that they could let the timer get down to 0. While looking at the computer printout, Desmond realizes that the plane crashed on the day that he had failed to put in the code and push the button on time. (Ep: 2x23, Live Together, Die Alone)
