Matthew Abaddon
Matthew Abaddon spoke with Hurley at the mental institution. He claimed to be an attorney for Oceanic Airways, but when Hurley got suspicious, Matthew asked about the other people on the island. Hurley asked for a business card and Matthew said he left them at home. Hurley freaked out and Matthew left.Matthew gave Naomi instructions for her team for the island mission. Doctor Ray
Ray is the doctor on the freighter, but in episode 4x9, The Shape of Things to Come, his body washed up on shore. His throat had been slit.For more on Doctor Ray, including a picture, see Doctor Ray's Profile.
Martin Keamy
Martin Keamy was on the freighter, but went to the island to get Ben. He took Alex hostage in order to get to Ben, but when Ben bluffed that she didn't mean anything to him, Keamy shot her in the head.Heading back to the chopper, Keamy intercepts with Frank. Keamy thinks he hears something in the jungle, but Frank convinces him that they have to get going.

Omar

Captain Gault
The captain of the freighter didn't let his crew try and save Regina after she jumped overboard. He said he didn't want to lose any more of his crew.He told Sayid and Desmond that Charles Widmore's company procured the black box from Flight 815 and that he's taking orders from Charles Widmore and they are after Benjamin Linus.

Horace Goodspeed
Horace and his wife drove up shortly after Ben was born and helped to get him and his mother to the hospital.When Ben and his father came to the island, Horace helped to get them settled.
Horace was killed during the purge.

Richard Alpert
Richard Alpert was one of the hostiles on the island and talked to Ben when Ben was young. He helped Ben with the purge as well.Richard seems to take orders from Ben and never seems to age. He went off the island to recruit Juliet. He was also off the island at least one more time when he took videos of Juliet's sister and nephew.
