Libby

Libby survived the crash of Flight 815 in the tail section of the plane. She claimed to be a clinical psychologist and became friends with Ana-Lucia.

When the tail section survivors met up with the fuselage section survivors, Libby and Hurley became close. When Libby went to the hatch to retrieve blankets for a date with Hurley, she was shot by Michael

In one of Desmond's flashbacks, we saw that Libby gave Desmond her husband's boat for his race around the world.

Tom

Tom was an Other who worked for Ben. He and Jack were friends while Jack lived with the Others for a short time.

Tom told Juliet that Harper helped him with his daddy issues.

Tom was killed by Sawyer after surrendering following the Others' attack on the beach.

Naomi Dorrit

Naomi worked for Matthew Abbadon. She was hired to lead a team (Daniel, Charlotte, Miles, and Frank) onto the island.

Naomi was injured when she parachuted onto the island. She lived with the survivors for a short time and went with them on their trek to the radio tower. She used her phone to call the freighter, but before anyone answered, Locke threw a knife in her back.

Believing she was dead, no one paid her much thought, until they realized she was missing. Jack and Rousseau followed a dummy trail, while Kate followed the correct trail after stealing the satellite phone from Jack.

Naomi captured Kate and held a knife to her throat, then called the freighter and said that she had been injured. She used the code, "Tell my sister I love her," and then died.

Miles Straume

Miles was part of the team that parachuted onto the island from the helicopter from the freighter. Miles seems to be able to talk to the dead.

He was captured by Locke, but Kate helped him to see Ben, where he asked for 3.2 million dollars.

Locke put him in a room by himself, tied him up, put a grenade in his mouth, and pulled the pin. Miles has to keep his mouth shut in order to keep the grenade from going off.

Keamy

Keamy is on the freighter and was mad the Frank brought Sayid and Desmond to the freighter and that he let Desmond talk to Daniel on the satellite phone.

Omar

Omar is on the freighter and helps Keamy take Desmond to sick bay.

George Minkowski

George seemed to have flashes like Desmond after taking a small boat toward the island. After helping Sayid and Desmond get to the freighter's radio room, George died.

Captain Gault

Captain Gault doesn't want to lose any more of his crew, so he orders them back to their posts after Regina jumps overboard. He tells Sayid and Desmond that he has the black box from Flight 815 and that he works for Charles Widmore. He says that Ben must have a lot of resources to be able to fake the wreckage of Flight 815, including putting in 324 dead bodies.
