Penny is Desmond's love who has continued to search for him after he disappeared during a boat race around the world. Penny spoke to Charlie before he died and found out that Desmond was alive and doing well.Naomi claimed to have been sent by Penny, but Penny told Charlie that she doesn't know Naomi.
