Mr. Friendly (Tom)
The first time we saw Mr. Friendly, he stole Walt and blew up the raft that Walt, Michael, Sawyer, and Jin had been on. The next time we saw him, he told Jack to turn back and revealed that he had Kate. He had a full beard and wore scruffy clothes. But then, when Claire was in the medical station, we saw him without his beard and he was wearing very nice clothes.After Kate, Jack, and Sawyer were captured, we saw Mr. Friendly, who goes by Tom, in nice clothes. He seems to do whatever Ben tells him to do. With Ben on the operating table, Jack talked to Kate on Tom's walkie talkie.

Ethan Rom
At first Ethan seemed to be one of the fuselage section plane crash survivors, but we later learned that he is one of the Others and was sent by Ben to get information from the survivors.Toward the end of Claire's pregnancy he abducted Claire and Charlie and when Jack wouldn't stop following him, he hung Charlie from a tree.
Ethan was killed by Charlie before the survivors could get any information from him.

Karl
When Sawyer was first put in his cage, Karl was in the cage across from him. Karl helped Sawyer escape, but they were both captured and Karl was made to apologize to Sawyer. Karl is probably working with Alex and they may be boyfriend and girlfriend.For more on Karl, including a picture, see Karl's Profile.
Alex
Alex helped Claire escape from the Others when she was pregnant. Alex is part of the Others, but doesn't seem to follow their rules. She snuck to where Kate was working to ask if she'd seen a guy named Karl. Later, she breaks into the compound and asks about Ben as she's being carried away. Alex might be Karl's girlfriend and Danielle Rousseau's daughter. She also has some connection with Ben.For more on Alex, including a picture, see Alex's Profile.
Pickett
Pickett is one of the Others. He has a strong hate for Sawyer and blames Sawyer for anything bad that happens. He would have killed Sawyer had Tom not called him on the walkie talkie when Jack wanted to talk to Kate. Jason
