Tom
Tom is an Other who seems to have become friends with Jack. Tom is very loyal to Ben. At first it seemed like Tom might be the leader of the Others, but later we saw that he answered to Ben.For more on Tom, including a picture, see Tom's Profile.
Alex
Alex was on the island already when the plane crashed and is most likely Danielle Rousseau's daughter.Alex thinks she is Ben's daughter. Because of her father, she is separated from her boyfriend, Karl. Alex seems to be one of the Others who wants to help the Losties.

Mikhail
Mikhail claims to have been on the island for about 11 years. He manned the Flame Station, where he communicated with the outside world.After being captured, Locke killed him by throwing him into a sonic fence. It turned out Michail wasn't dead, though, when he showed up to help Naomi after she was injured landing on the island with a parachute.

Richard Alpert
Richard Alpert was the doctor who recruited Juliet and got her to the island. He was also the person that Ben asked to get Anthony Cooper.For more on Richard Alpert, including a picture, see Richard Alpert's Profile.
Naomi
Naomi landed on the island after she parachuted out of her helicopter that then crashed in the ocean. She was injured, but Desmond allowed Mikhail to help her. She said she was hired to look for Desmond.She also said that Flight 815 was found and there were no survivors. Hurley, Jin, Charlie, and Desmond took Naomi to their camp and hid her in Hurley's tent.
