Mr. Friendly/Tom
The first time we saw Mr. Friendly, he stole Walt and blew up the raft that Walt, Michael, Sawyer, and Jin had been on. The next time we saw him, he told Jack to turn back and revealed that he had Kate. He had a full beard and wore scruffy clothes. But then, when Claire was in the medical station, we saw him without his beard and he was wearing very nice clothes.After Kate, Jack, and Sawyer were captured, we saw Mr. Friendly, who goes by Tom, in nice clothes. He seems to do whatever Ben tells him to do. With Ben on the operating table, Jack talked to Kate on Tom's walkie talkie.
Tom kicked Juliet out of the operating room after Jack said she had asked him to let Ben die.

Alex
Alex helped Claire escape from the Others when she was pregnant. Alex is part of the Others, but doesn't seem to follow their rules. She snuck to where Kate was working to ask if she'd seen a guy named Karl. Later, she breaks into the compound and asks about Ben as she's being carried away. Alex might be Danielle Rousseau's daughter. She believes that Ben is her father.Alex helped Kate and Sawyer get back to the main island after they helped her rescue her boyfriend, Karl. She had planned to go with them, but Juliet stopped her saying that if she went, her father would never let Karl live.

Karl
When Sawyer was first put in his cage, Karl was in the cage across from him. Karl helped Sawyer escape, but they were both captured and Karl was made to apologize to Sawyer.Later, Sawyer and Kate helped rescue Karl from an over-stimulation chamber and he left on a boat with Sawyer and Kate.

Cindy
Cindy is a flight attendant who went down with the plane. She survived the crash with the Tailies.During the trek to the main camp, Cindy disappeared.
