The term "LaFleur" was first introduced in Episode 5x8, LaFleur.
Answer: LaFleur (which means the flower) is the alias that Sawyer gave as his name when he first met Horace at the Dharma Initiative.

Later, when Miles questioned him about it, he said it was Creole.
