Libby stumbles and Michael helps her. She tells him her name is Libby and asks how many of them there are on the other side of the island. She tells Michael that only 23 survived the tail section crash.Episode 2x5, …And Found
Michael and Libby pick fruit. She apologizes for throwing Michael and his friends into the pit and then guesses that "the redneck guy" isn't Michael's friend. Michael suggests that they move inland to pick fruit and Libby tells him that they don't go in there and that they have trust issues.Later, Libby runs out of the jungle and tells the rest that Michael said something and then just left.
Episode 2x6, Abandoned
Libby looks at Sawyer's shoulder wound and says that it's bad but not too bad. She says that she is a clinical psychologist.Episode 2x7, The Other 48 Days
Libby helps a man with a badly broken leg, but he later dies from infection. She tells Ana-Lucia that she did a year of medical school before dropping out to become a psychologist. During an attack on the camp, the kids are taken and Libby is the one to discover that they are gone.Libby agrees with Ana-Lucia that there is something off about Nathan. She follows along with Ana-Lucia's leadership.
When it's time to head to the other beach, Libby suggests they make a stretcher for Sawyer instead of just leaving him to die.
