Expose Flashback Information
Flashback Characters: Nikki and PauloFlashback Highlights: Nikki and Paulo remember poisoning the director of the show Expose to steal his diamonds. After the plane crashed, Paulo realized that Nikki was more concerned with finding the diamonds than she was about him.
Nikki flirts with Dr. Arzt so that he will draw her a map to where the diamonds might be. She learns a little about the bugs he is collecting.
Paulo worries that the diamonds are tearing their relationship apart, so when he finds them, he doesn't tell Nikki. He starts to bury them on the beach, but instead takes them to The Pearl Station that he and Nikki had found earlier. He hides them in the toilet, but while there overhears a conversation between Juliet and Ben about getting Jack to do the surgery.
Nikki finds out that Paulo has the diamonds and uses one of Arzt's spiders to paralyze Paulo. She is also bitten by a spider and tries to hurry and bury the diamonds before falling in the sand in front of Hurley and Sawyer, who assume she is dead.
The survivors dig a grave and bury Nikki and Paulo alive.
Expose Island Highlights
Charlie confesses to Sun that he was the one who had kidnapped her, not the Others, and that it was Sawyer's idea. Sun tells Sawyer that she is not going to tell Jin, but she slaps Sawyer.Charlie, Sawyer, and Hurley try to learn more about Nikki and Paulo and go through their stuff. Sawyer finds the walkie-talkie that Paulo had taken from The Pearl Station, and believes it means Nikki and Paulo were working with the Others.
