Capture
Ryan looks through binoculars at the survivors' camp. He turns to Tom, "Your walkies all off?""Yes, sir," Tom says.
A woman walks up and Ryan asks if she got a good look. She nods. "The tents are marked with white coral. Three of them. Juliet did her job."
"All right, let's do this," Ryan says and they go into camp.
Jin, Bernard, and Sayid wait undercover, ready to shoot the dynamite.
The Others split up between the three tents. The woman yells, "It's empty!"
Ryan yells to get away from the tents and Sayid shoots the dynamite and it blows.
"It's a trap, move!" Ryan says
"Please, God," Bernard says and shoots the dynamite by the second tent. It blows.
Jin shoots the third dynamite, but it doesn't blow.
Someone yells tree line and Jin turns and shoots at them. Jin is captured by Ryan. Bernard runs through the jungle, but he too is captured. Sayid is captured by Jason.
It Didn't Work
Jack's group looks in the direction of their camp. "There was supposed to be three explosions," a terrified Rose says."It didn't work," Kate says.
Jack's Flash Forward - Hero
A doctor stitches a cut on Jack's head. She says that the news people are waiting outside, him being a hero and all.Jack looks annoyed. He asks about the woman.
"She's been stabilized. Thank God you were on that bridge."
Sarah walks in and the doctor says, "Sorry, no visitors in the ER."
"It's okay," Jack says. "We used to be married."
She asks what happened and Jack says it was a car accident. She asks if he's okay and he says he is. Then she asks if he's drinking again and he says no. She asks again and he again says no. He asks why she came there.
"I'm still listed as your emergency contact. What were you doing driving around at two o'clock in the morning?"
"You think maybe you could give me a lift home?"
"I don't think that would be appropriate."
"Well, thanks for coming down, Sarah."
"Goodbye, Jack," she whispers. She takes her hand off of her pregnant belly and walks out.
Sayid is With Them
"Why were there only two explosions?" Sun asks."Maybe they didn't have to blow the third tent," Jack says.
"But those gun shots--" Rose says.
"He's okay, Rose," Jack says.
Sun says, "Do you really believe that?"
"Listen," Jack says, "they had no idea that we were waiting for them. And Sayid is with your husbands. They're going to be fine and they're going to be a couple of hours behind us."
"Then we should wait for them here," Sun says. "You go on--"
"No. No one gets left behind," Jack says.
In a controlled voice, Rose says, "If you say 'Live together, die alone,' to me, Jack, I'm going to punch you in the face."
Jack chuckles. "Fair enough, Rose. Fair enough. But we have a plan! And for all we know it worked! We're going to be okay. Everything is going to be all right. Let's just keep moving, okay?"
Rose and Sun comfort each other.
The Code
Bonnie says to Charlie, "I'm going to ask you this one more time. Why are you here?""I'm here to turn off your jamming equipment, in there, next to the flashing yellow light."
"How did you know about that?" the second woman, Greta, asks.
"I know, because I know. Whatever you ladies do to me, I'm going to turn it off."
"You are, huh?" Bonnie says.
"I most definitely am," Charlie says.
"So what's the code?"
"What?"
"Oh, Charlie, if you're going to turn off the jamming equipment you're going to need the code. And only three people know about it. Me, her, and Ben."
"Well," Charlie says, "guess I won't need the code, since this entire station is going to be flooded anyway. I'll just turn off your little jammer and the helicopters will come and rescue all my friends."
"But if this station floods, what happens to you?"
"I die."
They're All Dead
"What?" Ben says into the walkie."They're all dead, Diane, Ivan, all of them dead! It's Shephard and his people, they're gone!" Tom says.
"Gone? Gone where?" Ben asks.
"I don't know. Did you hear me? They killed seven of our--"
Ryan says, "Tom, calm down and tell him the good news."
"What good news?" Ben asks.
"We caught three of them. The ones who stayed behind to blow up the tents. Ben, they knew we were coming."
"It's Juliet. She betrayed us," Ben says.
"What?" Tom says.
"Just figure out where she is, Tom!"
Ryan makes Sayid get up. He wants to know where Juliet is. Sayid spits on him and Ryan hits him with his gun.
"They're not talking," Tom says.
"Who do you have?" Ben asks.
"Jarrah, Kwon, and the dentist."
"Shoot Kwon?"
"What?" Tom says.
"You want them to answer questions, kill Kwon. Do it now!"
Bernard says, "No wait, no!"
Jin looks at him and in English says, "No talk."
Tom gets close to Bernard. "Talk to me, and nobody will get hurt. Now tell me where your people are."
"He's lying," Sayid says. "He's going to kill us all."
Ryan knocks Sayid out. "Where are they?" he says to Bernard.
"A radio tower," Bernard blurts. "They're walking to a radio tower."
"Why the hell are they going there?" Tom asks.
"A woman parachuted here. She has a satellite phone and they're going to call her ship."
"Juliet thought we were coming tomorrow," Ben says into the walkie, "so why were they waiting for us tonight?"
"A kid told us. He came in a canoe and warned us. Karl. He said his name was Karl."
Ben walks out of his tent and looks at Alex.
"What do you want us to do?" Tom says. "Kill him?"
"No, not yet."
