Bonnie's thoughts:
This is a Kate episode. In her flashbacks, she gets married, hence the name, I Do. Marshal Edward Mars is never far away from our Kate. If you remember, he was the Marshal who was with Kate on Flight 815, who died soon after the crash. I've always thought his motives for capturing Kate went beyond a marshal/prisoner relationship. His reasons seem personal. Maybe we're about to find out why.Jack makes a decision regarding Ben's offer. It looks like he goes ahead with the surgery, but will he try to save Ben, or let him die as Juliet has asked him to do? I can't imagine Jack letting anyone, even Ben, die. As we know, Jack is a fixer and it's just not in his nature to let someone die. I really want Jack to trust and believe Juliet and I really want to trust and believe Juliet, but I don't. She's a likable character, but she's got something going on behind the scenes, perhaps with Ben.
Locke discovers a hidden message. Will he be listening to the island again? Remember when he did that before, he found the hatch, and that didn't turn out so well. Plus, has Locke "cleaned up his mess"? In episode 3x3, Further Instructions, Boone told Locke to clean up his mess, which Locke took to mean that he had to save Eko. Did Locke reach that goal when he saved Eko from the polar bear, or did he not reach his goal, because Eko is now dead? Without the wounds from the hatch implosion and polar bear attack, Eko may not have seen Yemi, and therefor would not have been out looking for him, allowing the smoke monster to kill him.
