Eko Leaves Ana-Lucia
Sayid is tied to a tree. Eko tries to give Sawyer water. Libby says, "Ana, let's just get to their camp. It was an accident, they'll understand.""They'll understand?" Ana-Lucia says. "I killed one of them." She indicates Jin and Michael and tells Libby, "If those two move, shout."
Ana-Lucia walks over to Sayid. "Untie me," he says.
Eko lifts Sawyer onto his back and Ana-Lucia asks what he's doing. "I'm taking him back to his camp."
Ana-Lucia says, "Don't leave, please. If that were you, he'd let you die."
Eko says, "I'm not doing it for him. I'm doing it for me."
Ana-Lucia Flashback - Holster Your Weapon A-L
Ana-Lucia and her partner, Big Mike, are in the police car, on patrol. Big Mike asks if the shrink gave her any good drugs, but she says he was not that kind of shrink. He asks if Ana-Lucia missed him and she says, "Boy, did I!""I heard about you and Danny," he says. "Want me to go kick his ass for you?"
"Nah," she says. "It's better this way." She wants to know what they are doing in Westwood and he says a change of scenery, a nice safe neighborhood for her first day back. "This was her idea, wasn't it?"
"She is the captain," Big Mike says.
A call comes over the radio for a domestic disturbance. It's not their call, but Ana-Lucia takes the radio and says that they are only three blocks away. "This is 8 Adam 16," Ana-Lucia says into the radio, "We got it."
They come upon the scene of a woman holding a baby, fighting with a man holding a TV.
The woman yells, "Where are you going? What are you doing? Drop the TV, Travis. The TV is mine."
"I bought it with my money," he says. "Do something useful, Shawna, shut your trap."
Shawna tells Ana-Lucia and Big Mike, "Arrest him, he's stealing my TV."
Big Mike tries to calm them down, while Ana-Lucia stares at the baby. Suddenly Ana-Lucia pulls her gun and points it at Travis. "Put your hands where I can see them! Get down on the ground!"
Big Mike is telling Ana-Lucia to stop. She tells Shawna to get her baby upstairs and continues to yell at Travis. Big Mike says, "Ana-Lucia, he's down. Holster your weapon, now!"
Water to Sayid
Ana-Lucia is slowly losing it. Libby still thinks she should let Sayid go. But Ana-Lucia says he'll come after her."You don't know that."
"I killed someone he loves," Ana-Lucia says.Michael gets up, and Ana-Lucia tells him to sit down.
"I'm bringing him water. You going to shoot me? Shoot me," Michael says and gives Sayid the water.
"Don't even think of untying him," she says.
"Who is this woman?" Sayid asks.
Michael explains, and Sayid asks where Walt is. Michael says they took him, which seems to hit Sayid extra hard.
Kate vs. Jack
Kate hits the ball and it goes close to the target. "Nice," Jack says. He hits his ball, but it goes into the trees. Kate can hardly hide her happiness.They look for the ball and find it in a stream. Jack asks Kate to move so he can hit the ball, but she is frozen, staring behind Jack. He turns around, and there is Eko with Sawyer over his shoulders. Jack raises the golf club in protection, and Eko says, "Where is the doctor?"
Sawyer in the Hatch
Locke is working on a crossword puzzle, looking at clue 42 down: Enkidu's friend. Locke fills in Gilgamesh. Jack and Kate come in with Sawyer. Jack says they are headed for the shower, Sawyer is burning up and they need to get his fever down. He tells Kate to go through the medical stash and find Ofloxacin and to bring gauze patches and alcohol.Kate exits and Locke comes in just as the timer begins to blip. He asks what happened, but Jack just says, "John, the button."
Eko examines the swan Dharma logo and we hear the timer reset. Locke comes in and says hello. Eko says hello.
