The Arrangement

Non-Henry walks with Michael. "I'm not happy about the arrangement that was made with you, Michael. But we got more than we bargained for when Walt joined us. So, I suppose this is what's best. And you let me go, set me free. You lived up to your word. We live up to our word too. You know how to drive a boat?"

"Yeah, I can drive a boat," Michael says.

"Good, then you're going to take this boat and follow a compass bearing of 325 and if you do that exactly, you and your son will find rescue."

"That's it? I follow the bearing and me and my son get rescued?"

"Yes," non-Henry says.

"How do you know I won't tell people about where I was?"

"Maybe you will and maybe you won't. But it won't matter. Once you leave you'll never be able to get back here. And my hunch is, you won't say a word to anybody, because if you do, people will find out what you did to get your son back."

"My friends. I was promised you wouldn't hurt them."

"A deal's a deal."

"Who are you people?"

"We're the good guys, Michael," non-Henry say.
"What? What am I, stupid? Where's my son?"

"Walt's inside."

Michael gets into the boat and Walt crawls out. "Dad! Dad!"

They hug. "We're going home, Walt."

Non-Henry walks over and takes off Hurley's gag. Miss Klugh unties his hands. "Hugo," she says, "you can go back to your camp."

"What?" he asks.

"Go back," Miss Klugh says. "Your job is to tell the rest of your people to never come here."

"What about my friends?" Hurley asks.

"Your friends," non-Henry says, "are coming home with us."

"Go," Miss Klugh says.

Hurley looks at Jack, and Jack nods. Hurley leaves.

Michael drives off in the boat with Walt.

Jack and Kate look at each other. Jack gives the slightest of a nod and Kate blinks, leaving her eyes closed an extra beat. Sawyer looks at them. The bags are placed back over their heads.

Charlie and Claire

On the beach, Charlie nurses his wounds. "What happened out there, Charlie?" Claire asks.
"What? You want to hear the part about me nearly being killed by the flaming fireball or the flying fork?"
"I want you to be serious."

"Nothing happened."

"Something happened. I mean that noise and the sky turned that weird violet color."

"Did it?" Charlie asks.

Claire shakes her head and looks at Charlie's wounds. Charlie looks at her and she brushes hair from his face. They kiss.

Snow Guys

Two men in heavy coats, speaking in Portuguese, play chess. One man looks up and something catches his attention, while the other man tells him it's his move.

He's looking at a computer that says Electromagnetic Anomaly Detected. "How long has it been doing that?" he asks. "That's it, isn't it? We missed it again."

"We didn't miss it again," the other man says. He opens a binder and looks for something.

The first man says, "So it's not a false alarm this time?"

"Shut up and call!" He types something into the computer.

In a home, the phone rings and a woman picks it up. "Miss Widmore?"

"Yes," she says.

"It's Horace."

She turns on the light and on her nightstand is the same photo that Desmond has in the hatch.

"I think we found it," Horace says.

We see her face. It's a shocked Penelope Widmore.
