Kate comes out. She is bound. Mr. Friendly pulls the bag off her head. Jack looks angry and Sawyer makes a move toward them, but Mr. Friendly draws a gun and puts it to Kate's neck.

Jack throws down his weapon and Sawyer and Locke follow suit. Mr. Friendly asks for Locke's other gun, which he pulls from his pocket and adds to the pile.

"You and me ain't done, Zeke," Sawyer says.

Mr. Friendly grabs the guns and pushes Kate toward Sawyer. The torches go out simultaneously and Mr. Friendly walks away.

Mr. Friendly returns to where Michael is and says, "His friends are going home." He throws the guns down. "Divvy them up."

Mr. Friendly looks at Alex. She looks at Michael and says, "Sorry," then hits him with a rifle.

Today

On the beach, Michael pets Vincent.

Jack and Sawyer are in Sawyer's tent retrieving the weapons. Sawyer takes a drink of alcohol. "What do you say, doc?"

Jack doesn't want a drink and Sawyer says, "And here I was thinking the Irish drink when somebody dies."

"I'm not Irish," Jack says.

"Neither am I," Sawyer says and takes a swig. "So what happened out there in the jungle?"

"Exactly what he said," Jack said. "Found the camp-"

"I ain't talking about Mike. You and Freckles. Before you found him, you were gone all night."

"We were caught in a net," Jack says.

"What the hell is that supposed to mean?" Sawyer asks.

"It means, we got caught in a net."

"That what they're calling it these days?"

Jack walks out and Sawyer follows. Sayid rushes over and says, "Is it true? Henry's gone?"

"Yeah," Jack says.

"Who's going after them?" Sayid asks.

"Locke and Eko went out in the middle of the night," Jack says.

"And we ain't seen them since," Sawyer says.

Sayid sees the pack Sawyer is carrying. "Those are the guns, aren't they? What are you doing with them?"

"What do you think we're doing with them?" Sawyer asks. "It's time to finish this."

"When do we leave?" Sayid asks.

"In the morning," Sawyer says.

"You're not coming, Sayid," Jack says.

"Excuse me?" Sayid says.

"Michael wants to keep it small. Me, Kate, Hurley, and him." He points to Sawyer.

"Yeah," Sawyer says, "well 'him' says that even though Pippi Longstocking and the damn Grape Ape are ideal candidates for the Dirty dozen, I'm just going to say, we might want to bring the Red Beret."
"It's Michael's call," Jack says. "He knows where we're going."

"It's not his call, Jack," Sayid says. "It's ours."

Sawyer hands him a gun and says, "Welcome aboard."

Eko Leaves Charlie

Eko walks into the hatch tunnel and his cross is attracted to the wall. The timer begins to beep and Eko types in the numbers to reset the timer. He smiles.
Charlie walks in. "So, you wake up in the middle of the night, you grab your Jesus stick, and you race off into the jungle. You don't call, you don't write."

"I'm sorry. I had work to do," Eko says.

"Right."

"Charlie, would you do me a favor? I was hoping you could bring my things from the beach here."

"What for?" Charlie asks. "You moving in here? Fancy yourself a little bachelor pad?"

"Yes," Eko says. "I'm moving in here."

"Well what about the church? You said we're supposed to be building it together, man."

"I am supposed to do something different now."

Charlie stands. "What am I supposed to do?"

"Bring me my things."

Charlie says, "Bring your own things," and walks out, disgusted with Eko.

"Charlie, please."

Sayid Not Invited

Michael packs some things into a back pack. Sawyer walks over and says, "I have some good news for you. Captain Arab's in too. Calvary rides at sunrise."

"You told Sayid?" Michael says.

"Yeah, I told Sayid."

"You shouldn't have done that!"

"Oh, I'm sorry," Sawyer says sarcastically, "I just figured if we're going to war we'd want the one guy who's actually been in a war. That a problem?"

"No," Michael says, "It's not a problem."

"Alright then," Sawyer says.
