We see an eye and hear a baby crying. The eye belongs to Claire and she sits up, no longer pregnant. She follows the cries into the jungle where she sees Locke sitting at a desk. "He was your responsibility, but you gave him away," Locke says. His eyes look weird, one is black and one is white.
