Married to Heidi Fugeman and they have one child.

Of Note:

He is the writer of the 2006 comic book miniseries Ultimate Wolverine vs. Hulk, in which it is revealed that the Hulk had killed 815 people. On Lost, 815 is the flight number of the doomed Oceanic flight that left the survivors stranded.
