J.J. Abrams' Birth: June 27, 1966 in New York City
Lost Involvement: ABC's former studio executive, Lloyd Braun, pitched the idea for a television show about a plane crashing on a remote island to J.J. in January, 2004. J.J. collaborated with Damon Lindelof to create the characters and story of Lost.

Of Note: His birth name is Jeffery Jacob Abrams and he is a writer, producer, director, actor, composer, and has worked in the crew and in the sound department. In 2006, J.J. signed a five year contract with Paramount Pictures and a six year contract with Warner Bros., worth more than $55 million dollars.

Even with everything he does for his career, J.J. puts family first. He drives his children to school and gets home before they go to bed. He then resumes his work at night.
