- The man who spoke with Ethan while Claire was in the nursery was Mr. Friendly, the bearded man who took Walt (Exodus Part 2, Ep: 1x24) and who was also in the jungle when Jack searched for Michael. Kate found Mr. Friendly's disguise in the locker.
- When Claire turned on the airplane mobile, it played the song "Catch a Fallen Star (and Put it in Your Pocket)", the same song that Claire asked the Stewarts about when she was considering giving the baby up for adoption. (Raised by Another, Ep: 1x10)
- The numbers were on the prescription bottles in Ethan's refrigerator and the bottles are similar to the one that Desmond used to inject himself. (Ep: 2x1, Man of Science, Man of Faith)
