- How were they keeping tabs on Michael?
- How can Tom come and go from the island? The communications were not working after the hatch implosion, which was when Michael left the island (Ep: 2x23, Live Together, Die Alone).
- Captain Gault says that Ben staged the wreckage. Tom says that Charles Widmore staged the wreckage. Who staged the wreckage?
- Why does Ben need Michael to be on the freighter? If he was really there to do what Tom said he was meant to do, why couldn't one of Ben's men do it?
- Is Ben surprised that Michael activated the bomb?
- What does Alex have on by her ear? Is it a tiny microphone?
- Why did Alex yell, "I'm Ben's daughter," instead of "It's me, Alex,"? Wouldn't all of the Others know who she is? Are there Others on the island who wouldn't know her?
