- When Kate was running after blowing up her biological father in her mother's house (Ep: 2x9, What Kate Did).

Questions Raised by The Man From Tallahassee
- In Locke's flashback, why does the government worker make such a big deal about needing to know about Locke's biological parents, and then just drop the question?
- It almost looks as if Ben looked in the direction of Kate, Sayid, and Locke when he came out of his house. Did he know they were out there? Later he makes a reference to Locke about when he and Jack shook hands as if he knew that Locke had seen that.
- Where had they been keeping Anthony Cooper? Ben asks Richard to "bring me the man from Tallahassee." Where were they bringing him from? Or is this another occurrence of the black smoke making itself look like someone? Can Ben control the black smoke?
- How come the island isn't healing Ben?
- Why was Sayid's pack with him after he was captured. Why had they not gone through it?
- Jack tells Kate that he's not with anyone. Why doesn't he say he is with the survivors? Why doesn't he side with Kate?
