"S.O.S." Clues

• The main clue from this episode comes from the faith healer, Isaac. His words to Rose are: "There are certain places with great energy, spots on the earth like the one we're above now. Perhaps this energy is geological, magnetic. Or perhaps it's something else. And, when possible, I harness this energy and give it to others."

  We know that there is something big and magnetic under the hatch. It's possible that this energy has healed Rose (at least short term) and also Locke, Jin, and others. But if Isaac is right and this is a similar force, it wouldn't be able to help everyone, such as Boone.

• When Isaac is in the process of healing Rose, he suddenly opens his eyes and reacts similarly to the way Claire's psychic reacted (Ep: 1x10, Raised by Another).

• The license plate on the jeep that Bernard drives through the Outback is the same as the license plate on the suicide vehicle in Sayid's flashback (Ep: 1x21, The Greater Good).
