'Lost' Role:

Jin-Soo Kwon, husband to Sun Kwon. Jin is the one non-English speaking survivor (but learning very quickly), who is quick to defend his wife and his friends.

Birth:

August 4th, 1968 in Pusan, South Korea

Education:

He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Haverford College/Bryn Mawr College in Theatre & Political Science.

Of Note:

  • He was included on People Magazine's list of the sexiest men alive in 2005.
  • Daniel grew up in America and knew very little Korean before starring on Lost. His co-star, Yunjin Kim (no relation) who plays his wife on the show has coached his Korean.
