'Lost' Premise:
Travelers on Oceanic Air Flight 815 find themselves on a remote island after a plane crash. Forty-eight passengers have survived and we follow the past and present lives of 14 of the survivors. The episodes usually follow one person more closely than the others, with certain events triggering flashbacks from before the flight. In this way we learn of the mysterious lives of each of the main characters who all seem to have a major secret or challenge.
The island itself holds many mysteries, including a very large unseen animal-like force, a polar bear on the tropical island, some mystical boars, other people on the island, and a hatch. One of the biggest mysteries is that it seems that many of the characters are connected in some way, though they don't seem to know it.
After 48 days, the survivors meet other survivors, who were in the tail section of the plane that crashed into another spot on the same island.
