TMZ reports that Henry Ian Cusick (Desmond) has settled a sexual harassment lawsuit that was filed by a former production staffer back in April. Many of us wondered if this harassment actually took place. See our comments back then: Lost Star Accused of Harassment and add your comments now.

A settlement usually indicates he was guilty and wanted it to go away, though I realize that’s not always the case.
However, some public people are horrible in their personal lives. We don’t know any of them until we’ve spent time with them and walked in their shoes.

I suppose when we like a character, we want to project good qualities onto the person who portrays him (or her). Perhaps Mr. Cusick is a better actor than he is a human being. Very sad.
