Does Richard Age?

I think Richard does age, it's just that he has been travelling through time with the island, back and forth. So when you see him in flashbacks, we assume it's 20/30/40 years ago. And it may well be to young Locke and young Ben. But for Richard it could be a matter of months or a small number of years. I don't see how he could have been born on the island. Other than the exception of woman who arrive in late pregnancy, I don't see how anyone can be born on the island.
