'Ji Yeon' Overview
- The Oceanic Six are: Kate, Jack, Hurley, Sayid, Sun, and Aaron.
- Sun's story was a flash forward, while Jin's was a flashback.
- The dates on the tombstone are 3/20/1980 (Sun's birth date), 11/27/1974 (Jin's birth date), 9/22/04 (Jin's death date).
- Jin's date of death is listed as the day of the plane crash, which means, either he dies on the island (this is what I think) or is left behind when the Oceanic Six leave.
- Michael is Ben's spy on the boat, going by the name Kevin Johnson.

The date of death on Jin’s marker is the date of the Oceanic 815 crash. So both Sun and Hurley must know that that isn’t true, right?
Yes, that’s right. There is a big cover up surrounding the Oceanic Six that they must keep secret. We don’t yet know exactly what it is.
okay so the helocopters gone frank must av gone bk to the island where else?? the captain is suspicous he anwsered sayids questions easily yet cant b trusted according to micheal. frank miyt have took more ppl to the island prehaps the banging was a mors code frm micheal??? bt surly sayid wud av recognised it. i think it was a great epsiode it facterised all of our pressumsions and theories. also Bens power is scary if he foun 300+ bodies to cover the island up
Well, Michael I think is the 6th member of the Oceanic 6. About Ben’s staged wreckage, I agree. Maybe Widmore is trying to find Ben because this Ben killed people to stage the wreckage. Maybe he’s telling Sayid to kill people so he can stage something like that again?
Yeah, Michael could be, but I don’t think so, because then he would have to own up to killing Ana and Libby. I still think it’s Aaron. Damon and Carlton are going to give us a definitive answer. I’ll let you know as soon as I hear.
Hey Bonnie, what do you think about Ben killing people to stage the crash. In this episode I remember the captain saying “Where do you find 320 (or whatever number it is)corpses? That is one of the many reasons why we need Ben.” Could this have something to do with the flashforward of Ben giving order to Sayid to kill people? Could Widmore be good in that case?
anyone want to try and put the flash forwards in order?
suns
kate (aarons age throwsit off though, hers could be after hurleys and before jacks)
hurleys
jacks
not sure where sayids fits in though
I can’t forget that Charles Widmore told Sayid, “I’m not the one who hates you.” Is there someone else who is working through Charles Widmore that we don’t know about?
Please edit my above comment to read Charles Widmore said to Desmond…Thx
It’s an interesting thought to think that Ben would kill people to stage the wreckage. I was thinking more that he just had access to dead bodies, but where would that many come from? I’m more inclined to believe that he stole dead bodies rather than killed people, but he does seem capable of killing that many, so I don’t know.
Oh, and the comment “I’m not the one who hates you,” I took to mean that Penny hates him, but perhaps Charles was talking about someone else. Hmmm…
Please correct me if it isn’t clear that Sun (in forward) knows Jin is dead, as she cries him at the cemetery. Wouldn’t this turn unlikely the hipothesis of having him stayed alive at the island?
